nothing to eat is a cook book that focuses on eating the food we have in our fridges, instead of letting it waste away.

Nothing to eat comes from the term a lot of us use when we look in our fridges. There’s definitely food in there somewhere but we don’t think it's appetising enough, or there are bits and bobs that don’t quite cut it for a whole meal.

This cookbook was a result of trying to get us to eat the food we have, instead of letting it waste away. This book has 75 recipes to use up that forgotten food, alongside how to use up the offcuts like the skins and stems.

There are a few tips and tricks to use up the bits alongside how to store and regrow your veggies.
The recipes aren’t complex but they are a little different. Ice cream that’s made from one ingredient, to chips made from broccoli stems. Simple food that tastes surprisingly good too.

Alongside the cookbook came a book sleeve that was a chopping board because it’s far too easy to forget to use cookbooks.
